Vivek Ahuja is the Managing Director of Confiar Global (Confiar Consultants India Private Limited.) and is based in Gurgaon (India). Vivek has enjoyed an illustrious career spanning more than three decades in the domains of International Publishing, Executive Search, Recruitment and Business start-up services for global clients.
His previous roles include the position of Managing Director India for The Random House Group Ltd, UK, the largest English language publisher in the world. Prior to Random House, Vivek served as Director Publishing with UBS Publishers’ Distributors Ltd.
Vivek also currently holds the position of Country Head-India and Executive member of the Leadership Council of the International Executive Search Federation (IESF), of which Confiar Global is the Exclusive Indian Partner. IESF ranks amongst the Global top 30 search networks.
Vivek has dual responsibility of being a member of the management team at the Kochhar Group and assists Mr. Rohit Kochhar as a Senior Advisor.
Sonali Kochhar is a leading business entrepreneur, thought leader and philanthropist. She is a full time Director with Confiar Consultants India Private Limited (Confiar Global) and provides leadership and operational guidance to the company, facilitating growth and expansion of business in various verticals. Besides Confiar, Mrs. Kochhar sits on the Board of Directors of fourteen companies in India providing corporate governance and other leadership guidance. Mrs. Kochhar is also a member of the management team of the Kochhar Group, Kochhar & Company, Advocates and Legal Consultants being their flagship company.
Mrs. Kochhar lives in New Delhi, Dubai and Scotland with her husband, Rohit Kochhar, who is a leading global lawyer, and founder and Chairman of the Kochhar Group.
